Business performance
All sales results depend on numerous external factors beyond our control, including client products, market conditions, pricing, competitive landscape, supply chain issues, and the client’s own follow-up processes.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the quality and effectiveness of our Services, clients agree to:

Maintain active communication

Deliver timely feedback

Supply necessary sales materials, scripts, or offers

Follow up with leads or prospects delivered by DataForce Sales (unless we handle closing services)
Failure to provide needed information may impact results and does not entitle the client to refunds or discounts.
4. Use of AI and Automated Tools
DataForce Sales may use AI systems and automated tools to support outreach, data targeting, email generation, or CRM automation.
Clients understand and agree that:

AI outputs may require human review and editing

AI is not used for exclusive decision-making without human oversight

5. Payments, Billing & Fees
All pricing, fees, and payment terms will be outlined in the client’s contract or service agreement.
Unless otherwise stated:

Payment is due upfront or on a recurring schedule

All fees are non-refundable once services commence

Late payments may result in paused services

The client is responsible for charges from their own software, CRM systems, or third-party integrations
6. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of B2B outreach and service delivery, all payments are final once work begins.
Refunds are not provided for:

Campaign performance

Lead quality
-
Changes in client business conditions

Internal client strategy changes

Prepaid or monthly billing cycles

7. Intellectual Property
All materials created by DataForce Sales—including scripts, processes, campaigns, templates, and proprietary methods—remain the intellectual property of DataForce Sales unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients may use materials only for their internal business purposes and may not resell, distribute, or copy them without permission.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the last 30 days of services

Violations of these Terms

Violations of applicable laws related to sales or marketing
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado Springs, Colorado, unless both parties agree otherwise.
